The Municipality of Sioux Lookout is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified landscaping firms to provide comprehensive landscaping services for the Hillcrest Subdivision Commercial Plaza. This EOI aims to identify interested and qualified landscaping contractors and to gather best cost estimates for budgeting and funding application purposes. The Hillcrest Subdivision is being developed as a vibrant commercial plaza in Sioux Lookout, providing a hub for businesses and services supporting the growing needs of the community. The landscaping component represents a critical element in enhancing the subdivision's aesthetic appeal while ensuring functionality and sustainability. Site Walkthrough Appointment To assist proponents in preparing their submissions, the Municipality is offering an optional site visit opportunity.
