This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is official notification of needed professional services. This RFQ is being issued to solicit a response and other documents from Professional Engineering firms qualified to develop a multiyear work plan, design the necessary plans, and help execute said plans for Pigeon Creek in Vanderburgh County. First, a more extensive document outlining the need of the Commission will be distributed to any firms who wish to submit a proposal/qualification.
