Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Edmonton, Alberta. Working plans call for the construction of a 377,000-square-foot educational facility.

Construction of a new facility to provide a space for new faculties (Faculty of Business, Environment, & Technology/Faculty of Arts & Science) at the downtown Edmonton campus. The facility is expected be in the range of 35,000m2 and provide space to accommodate approx. 3500-4000 additional FLEs. Delivery method will be Construction Management. TIMELINE: Design is underway. An RFP for mechanical construction management services has been issued by the construction manager. Construction is planned for 2027-2029. *Preliminary Class D construction budget is in the range of $150,000,000 to $175,000,000.
