Renovation of a mixed-use development in Oak Park, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The replacement roofing system shall be SBS Modified Bitumen Roofing, manufactured by Siplast Inc. A Bid Bond executed by a Treasury-listed Surety Company acceptable to the Berkley School District or a cashiers check in the amount of at least 5% of the sum of the proposal shall be submitted with the Bid. All proposals shall be firm and may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after bids are opened. Successful bidders will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance and Payments Bonds by a Treasury-listed surety in the amount of 100% of their bid. The cost of Bond(s) shall be included in each proposal. All bids must include Familial Affidavit and Iranian Company disclosure submitted with the bid. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
