The St. Louis Board of Education (d/b/a St. Louis Public Schools) (the "District" 0. The District seeks a comprehensive, reliable, and responsive Alarm System Servicing service to ensure the safety and security of all district facilities. SLPS requires that interested firms possess the capability to service, install, and supply Digital Security Contral (DSC), GSM Cell Units, and Videofied systems for equipment replacement and purchase across all SLPS' intrusion alarm systems. It is required that the successful Respondent have the expertise to service SLPS District-owned equipment, which communicates over various networks including, but not limited to, IP Networks, Cell Networks, Digital Phone Service, WIFI phone service or network ethernet connections, either through local or cloud-based storage options. Furthermore, Respondents must demonstrate the ability to operate with or without DVR/NVR systems and provide the district with remote auto arm/disarm functionality for intrusion alarm systems. Additionally, the selected Respondent must offer industry best upgrades and practices to enhance security measures. Finally, Respondents are expected to conduct thorough due diligence to acquire the best prices for equipment and repair jobs. Questions Due Date: May 2nd 2025, 12:00 PM CDT. Bond (Not Applicable - Do Not Submit) A Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable to the school district, in the amount of 5% of the Base Bid shall accompany the following Bid Packages as a guarantee that the bidder, if awarded the Contract, will furnish a 100% Performance and Payment Bond; execute the Contract; and proceed with the work. The district reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals (as hereinafter defined) and to waive any irregularities.
