Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract amount. The Bonds are to be executed by a surety company or companies authorized to execute such in the State of Missouri, acceptable to the County, as found in the Federal Register, Department of Treasury listing of companies holding Certificates of Authority as acceptable sureties on Federal bonds and written in favor of the County. The bonds furnished must require the Attorney-in-Fact who executes the required bonds on behalf of the surety to affix a certified and current copy of its power of attorney. This Project is to remove and replace all existing roof shingles, all roof felt, all roof vents and any deteriorated sheathing; furnish and install ice and water underlayment on the top lower pitch section; furnish and install shingle type valleys & caulk all vents, flashing & counter-flashing as necessary with plastic cement, and furnish a limited lifetime manufacturer's warranty for not less than 30 years
