Description

Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Madison, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 429,600-square-foot, 550-space educational facility.

This project will begin the West Campus District Plan and construct new research building with parking ramp. It will be built on the previous Biotron Laboratory Building site. As of February 4, 2026, a design firm has not yet been selected. Design work is expected to take place between 2025 and 2027 with construction expected to follow in 2028.
