As of June 26, 2025, no bids were received for this project. The City of Pearsall is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor to perform pavement marking, signage and ADA ramps. This project requires a contractor to provide and install all new materials, labor and equipment required to make the street improvements utilizing the street reclamation process in accordance with project specifications and standards. Contractor shall acquire as a part of this proposal all permits required and perform all testing required for this project. Work shall be performed in accordance with all City, local, state, and federal regulations as required for performing this type of work. The project is for a one year after Notice to Proceed is given. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities in bidding. Contract award will be made to the responsible bidder who, in the OWNER's judgment, will be most advantageous to the OWNER and result in the best and most economical completion of the project.
