Kelley Building is 89,082SF and scope includes a Gut and Shell with full replacement of the Central Plant Equipment. Annex Building is 35,112SF and scope includes a gut and remodel to serve as a State-run Daycare Facility. All bids are to be sealed and CLEARLY labeled by describing the project and indicating the package being bid on the envelope as described in the Instructions to Bidders. A cashier's check, a certified check, or Bid Security, as stipulated in the bid documents, in the amount of 5% of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder if the amount of the bid exceeds $50,000. Deposits will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays, before time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after time set for opening bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened.
