FY25 Old Barnstable Fairgrounds Cart Barn Roof Project The Procurement Office on behalf of the Department of Public Works is requesting bids for the FY25 Old Barnstable Fairgrounds Cart Barn Roof project. Question Deadline 04/23/2025 at 12:00 PM ET 100% Payment Bond and 100% Performance Bond required. 5% Bid Bond required. PV Wages required. Certification of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Training required. 10.4 % MBE/WBE participation required. General bidders must be certified by the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance for the category of Roofing. All bids for this project are subject to the provisions of all applicable Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149 Laws as amended, and other applicable Massachusetts General Laws. The Town of Barnstable reserves the right to waive any formalities, to reject any or all Bids or waive any formalities that appear to be in the best interest of the Town.
