The Procurement Office on behalf of the Town of Barnstable Department of Public Works is soliciting bids for FY26 HYDROGEN PEROXIDE, 50%; up to 16,000 gallons per year in accordance with Chapter 30B, Massachusetts General Law. The contract offered is for a One (1) Year term subject to appropriation of funds for the supply and delivery of HYDROGEN PEROXIDE, 50%. All contracts must be strictly awarded in accordance with the requirements of this Invitation for Bid and all applicable Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30B Laws as amended, and other applicable Massachusetts General Laws. The Town has no discretion under the law to consider bids that fail to comply with those requirements, except for minor informalities as permitted by law. If it becomes necessary to revise any part of this Bid or otherwise provide additional information, an addendum will be issued to all prospective bidders who have downloaded copies of the original request.
