Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Freeport, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Construction of a new vacuum sewer collection system to handle approximately 400 septic system connections. Project scope includes: A pre-fabricated vacuum sewer station with a cast-in-place basement structure, a vacuum sewer collection system including ~20,500LF of 4 PVC, ~5,000 LF of 6 PVC, and ~4,700LF of 8 PVC piping, bends and fittings, a sewer forcemain from the proposed vacuum sewer station to the Citys existing CR-3280 lift station including ~3,700LF of 6 sewer forcemain and ~1,700LF of 8 HDPE directional bore, vacuum sewer connections for ~430 properties including installation of AIRVAC valve pits and gravity sewer laterals and the abandonment of existing septic systems, the installation of an 8 gravity sewer collection system for the existing Black Creek Lodge RV park including the connection and abandonment of approximately 30 septic systems, and misc. related construction items including sodding, driveway replacement, asphalt roadway replacement, and construction coordination with existing utilities. The Project has a duration of 365 days substantial completion and 30 days final completion.
