Hammond Gateway Outbuildings - Bid Package 2 The Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District (NICTD) is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors outbuilding modifications at the Hammond Gateway property. Bids must set forth full, accurate and complete information as required by the instructions in the bid package. Failure to do so may result in rejection of a bid. Please note that the entire bid submission MUST be uploaded at the same time. Should item(s) need to be revised or additional item(s) need to be added after original submission, the entire bid must be uploaded again as a complete package to include these revised or added item(s).
