Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Chandler, Texas. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of 4/23/2025, no bids were received. It is unknown if the project will rebid at this time. Bids are invited for work as follows: o Install approximately: Base Bid 386 SY - Concrete Pavement 79S Y - Concrete Valley Gutter 115 LF - 6" Curb & Gutter 1 EA - Wye Inlet 1EA - Std Fire Hydrant Add. Alternate Bids 1,076 SY - 2"H M A C Overlay or Slurry Seal A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Chandler or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu o f the Bid Bond. The City of Chandler reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the City of Chandler for a period not to exceed 90 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder qualifications prior to the contract award. No oral interpretations will be made to any Bidder. Each request for an interpretation shall be made in writing to engineer no less than seven (7) days prior to the bid opening
