Lone Star at Liberty Trails Phase 2 Paving Improvements For " Lone Star at Liberty Trails, Phase 2 - Paving Improvements, Denton County, Texas". GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK The major work will consist of the following: Paving Improvements: Approximately 52,000 SY of 6" concrete pavement, 1,200 SY of 7.5" concrete pavement, 18,500 SY of 10" concrete pavement, lime-treated subgrade, barrier free ramps, concrete sidewalks, signage, striping, and related work. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the District, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within seven ( 7) days after the date the Contractor is notified. DEVELOPER/DISTRICT'S RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT BIDS Developer and Brookfield Water Control and Improvement District of Denton County reserve the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject bids.
