Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

DOT is planning on resurfacing Mayfair Road from Burleigh to Silver Spring. As part of that project, newly constructed sidewalks will be installed from Townsend to Capital Drive on the west side of Mayfair Road and along the south side of Capital Drive from Mayfair Road to 110th Street. At the Menomonee River, the bridge will be replaced at a higher elevation which will allow for the Oak Leaf Trail to go under Mayfair Road. Net Wauwatosa costs are shown below. This project is anticipated to take two years to construct sometime between 2026 and 2028. Actual years of construction are subject to DOT scheduling. A separate project for landscape restoration on County lands impacted by this project will follow the DOT construction As of April 10, 2025, The project is include in the City's 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
