Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a service station / car wash facility; and warehouse / distribution facility.

The City of Wauwatosa is requesting proposals from well qualified architectural/engineering consulting firms (Vendor/s) to provide services for the redevelopment of an area of the City's Department of Public Works property. The work completed through this process will provide detailed plans and specifications to proceed with procurement and/or public bidding to allow for the redevelopment of a portion of the City's Public Works property. The City's Public Work's site has many varied uses similar to other Department of Public Works properties. The City has budgeted for redevelopment of a portion of the Public Works site to include a new automated vehicular wash station, replacement of a stone/gravel storage facility, replacement of a truck scale and the redevelopment of the residential drop-off center, including the installation of a refuse compactor/s. It is assumed the current fuel station, police facility, and salt dome will remain in place. All proposal prices shall be firm for the life of the contract subject to acceptance of proposals within sixty (60) days from the date of opening. Written prices to govern. The City of Wauwatosa reserves, exclusively to itself, the right to reject any or all proposals, or to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the City and to waive any or all technicalities or informalities in submitted proposals. No alterations or modifications to bids shall be allowed after bid opening.
