At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at 9:00 am at the Henderson-Nina Water System office located at 1394 Henderson Hwy, Henderson, LA 70517. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
