Venturi Meter Repair The North Jersey District Water Supply Commission ("the Commission") is soliciting proposals through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et seq. The companies should be experienced in large-diameter steel pipe rehabilitation using bonded carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) composite laminates, to perform the scope of work which includes design services and furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform rehabilitation of a nominal 84-inch diameter riveted steel Venturi meter at the Wanaque Water Treatment Plant in Wanaque, New Jersey. Respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. If awarded a contract your company/firm will be required to comply with requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Respondents are required to comply with all state laws and regulations concerning public contracting, including but not limited to the "New Jersey Local Public Contract Law" (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et. seq.). The Commission reserves the right, in accordance with applicable law, to reject any or all proposals and waive any irregularities in the proposal process.
