Site work for a civil project in Perry, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of Work The work to be performed and provided under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, safety equipment, permitting, erosion and sedimentation control measures, taxes, profit, overhead, and other costs and effort required to complete the following: Cleaning and relining of the two (2) existing wet wells. Removal of existing packaged pump station. Installation of new packaged suction lift pump station, suction and discharge piping, and associated electrical and instrumentation and controls improvements. Connect discharge piping to existing force main. Remove and replace emergency bypass connection. Install generator to provide backup power to the pump station. Install new 4-inch water service line. Connect to existing water service line. Install a water meter, backflow prevention device, and yard hydrant. Remove and replace chain link fencing as necessary for construction. The time allotted for final completion of work is 120 consecutive calendar days. Contractor will be required to coordinate all work with the City of Perry and other utility owners who have facilities within the project corridor.
