HTWA Emergency Generator All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid made payable to the Allegheny Valley North Council of Governments, as guarantee that, if the Bid Proposal is accepted, the successful Bidder will enter into an Agreement with the AVNCOG upon Notice of Award of the Contract. The AVNCOG hereby reserves the right to reject any or all Bids submitted or any part thereof or items therein for any reason whatsoever. The AVNCOG also reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities or informalities in the Bids and to award the Contract in the best interest of the involved municipality. . No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the same has been filed with Allegheny Valley North Council of Governments. All contractors must adhere to Act 127 of 2012 (Public Works Employment Verification Act).
