Bituminous Concrete, Type I, in place (Must be prequal). 2. Full Depth Pavement Reclamation (Calcium Chloride) (Must be prequal) all grading included. 3. 10% & 20% Asphalt Rubber Surface Treatment (Must be prequal). 4. Asphalt Milling and Removal "all sweeping included" (Must be prequal). Scope of work: Pavement Surfacing; Pavement Reclamation; Pavement Milling & Cold-Planning. All Prequalified. Scope of work Pavement Surfacing; Pavement Reclamation; and Pavement Milling & Cold-Planing. Contractor Qualification Highway Division Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
