The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to establish a fixed firm pricing schedule for installing, repairing, and replacing overhead doors, openers, and gates on an as-needed basis. The work included in these specifications shall consist of furnishing all labor, tools, transportation, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, and incidentals required. Awardee will be required to provide one or more crews on a 24-hour, 7-days-a-week schedule as requested by the City Representative. Additional services needed shall include scheduled preventative maintenance on all doors, closures, gates, and access control systems. Question Submission Deadline: May 2, 2025, 3:00pm Questions regarding submission assistance within the electronic shall be emailed to procurement-support@opengov.com The award period shall be for a one (1) year period from the effective date of the award, and may, by mutual written agreement, be renewed at the same terms and conditions for three (3) additional one (1) year period.
