The City of Tampa Community Redevelopment Agency is seeking Professional Engineering and Surveying Services for the West Tampa CRA Street Grid Reestablishment project, specifically the reopening of Fremont Avenue's four cross streets: Palmetto, Cherry, Walnut, and Pine. The selected firm will be responsible for providing comprehensive survey and design services to develop permit-ready plans for the reopening of Fremont Avenue. The project will include conducting topographic and boundary surveys, identifying existing infrastructure conditions, and gathering relevant data for planning purposes, including utilities, traffic flow, and environmental factors. The firm will also develop conceptual designs, and preliminary layout plans that address both vehicular and pedestrian needs, incorporating streetscaping and realignment strategies that create a cohesive and visually appealing streetscape. Additionally, the designs must comply with ADA regulations, safety standards, and best practices for environmental sustainability.
