Black Bridge Road and Bridge Construction Work includes construction of a new bridge over the Speed River, improvements and reconstruction of Black Bridge Road from Baldwin Drive to Townline Road (approximately 1000m in length), upgrades to the existing heritage bridge structure, construction of a multi-use trail adjacent to the road, approximately 785m of 300mm to 750mm diameter storm sewer, stormwater quality controls, railway crossing improvements, installation of street lights, landscaping, and construction of new wetland area.
