This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the City of Cambridge (the "City") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Design Services - Storm Water Management Facility Condition Assessments and Sediment Surveys, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The City of Cambridge is seeking engineering services to complete conditions assessments and recommendations report for 27 Storm Water Management Facilities (SWMF - wet ponds). Bathymetric sediment quantity surveys will be completed for eight (8) shortlisted ponds by the proponent. For the purposes of this procurement process, the "RFQ Contact" will be: Andrea Geoffrey Procurement Coordinator geoffreya@cambridge.ca Respondents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials or other representatives of the City, other than the RFQ Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFQ. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the respondent and the rejection of the respondent's quotation. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
