The project involves building concrete slabs for said basketball courts, installing basketball hoops, synthetic surfaces and electrical work for court lighting. The work also involves installing a synthetic surface at the Saint-Luc skating rink. The work covered by this call for tenders is part of the Ville de Matane's participatory budget. To be valid, all bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified check, bank draft, bond or bank guarantee valid for a period of ninety (90) days in an amount equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, including taxes, and issued in the name of the CITY OF MATANE.
