Reference Number 0000291799 Question Acceptance Deadline May 12, 2025 02:00 PM EDT The work covered by this contract includes, but is not limited to, the supply of all materials, labor, tools, and equipment to, among other things: Replace the existing generator with a new generator. The new generator must be installed in the existing room in the basement of the building. Both the old and new generators must be removed and entered through the ventilation louvers located in the Sault de loup next to the building. The work will also include electrical, mechanical, ventilation, fire protection, regulation, fire alarm, and architectural work related to the redevelopment and compliance of the generator room. Electrical compliance work is also included in the scope of work. Finally, the existing auxiliary fuel tank and the existing chimney will be retained, but significant modifications will be required due to the new generator.
