Site work and renovation of a parking garage in Lowell, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a parking garage; and for the renovation of a parking garage.
For the Parking Gates Project, including all hardware and software to operate the system. General Contractors DCAMM certified in General Contracting The System Provider shall provide a "turn-key" installation including but not necessarily limited to the following: 1. A Headend access control and revenue control computer system including all software and hardware as required. The preference is to have the two applications (card access and revenue control) integral, and designed specifically for parking applications such as Lot Count, Car Pool, Lane Monitoring, True Anti-passback, Preissuance of system generated validation coupons, acceptance of credit and debit cards and Nesting. There will be one dynamic reporting system for both access control and revenue control in tandem. 2. Independent City parking department access to system through computer or virtual access. 3. All peripheral devices including printers, Graphical User Interfaces (GUI), network protocol devices, etc. as required for system reporting, data manipulation and other performance standards required by thisspecification. 4. All lane equipment inclusive of ticket dispenser, loop detectors, loops, gates, lot full signage, validation equipment, and Pay in Lane (PIL)devices. 5. LED message sign that can be programmed with lot occupancy status or other messages. 6. Pay-On-Foot machines with all required components. 7. All required monitoring and output control interface including hardware/software. 8. New VOIP intercom system. 9. A camera system at each equipment location that is a capable of reading license plates. 10. All required hardware, software, materials, and documentation required providing a fully operational A/RCS as outlined in thisspecification. Full acceptance testing and training as required by the Owner. 11. Proper coordination with the Owner and any of its assigned agents. 12. All final wire terminations required providing a completely operational access and revenue controlsystem. 13. All of the Headend programming and set up is to be performed before installation at the project. This would include but not be limited to the initial set up of time zones, area group schedules, carpools, loading and testing of all application software, graphics, lot count reports, revenue reports, panel configurations, etc. Key to all of this is a determination by the Owner of what factual data comprise this structure so that it can be input, tested, andverified. 14. System Provider shall configure and set up the A/RCS as specified by PCI Configuration Standards for All Credit Card Processing Environments, for uniformity with Parking Operator's otherinstallations. 15. System Provider shall provide all special power conditioning equipment, if required, for the operation of the A/RCS as described herein.
