Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Grande Prairie, Alberta. Completed plans call for the construction of a 17,366-square-foot, two-story above grade medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

Construction of the new Ken Sargent House which includes 21 residential rooms, in a variety of types, a communal kitchen area, common areas, a work-out room and other home-like amenities including laundry facilities and a kid's playroom. The building is to be located directly south of the new Grande Prairie Regional Hospital, providing easy access to the hospital for those families that are staying in the facility, while still providing them with enough separation to allow them to heal and be surrounded by loved ones in a more comforting environment. The new two-storey building will be approximately 1,608 sq.m. in size above grade, along with a 278 sq.m. basement, located on a 0.42-hectare site. The project value listed reflects the total project estimate.
