2025 Miscellaneous Alterations, 1255 Dauphin Street on the Campus of Alabama School of Math and Science 1255 Dauphin Street, Mobile, Al 36604 This Project Affects the Administration Building, Mincy Building, Boys and Girls Dorm Buildings on the Main Campus and the Art / Music Building on the West Campus. Work Will Include but Not Limited to Demolition, Door Replacement, Window Replacement, Concrete Slab Repair, New Concrete Sitework, Extension of Irrigation, Planting, With Complete Finishes, Including Plumbing and Electrical Work as Shown in the Construction Documents. A Cashier's Check or Bid Bond Payable to the Asms Foundation in an Amount Not Less Than Five (5) Percent of the Amount of the Bid, but in No Event More Than $10,000, Must Accompany the Bidder's Proposal. Also, a Copy of the General Contractor's License Must Accompany the Bidder's Proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds and Evidence of Insurance Required in the Bid Documents Will Be Required at the Signing of the Contract.
