Renovation of a fire / police facility in Mobile, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Fire Station No. 7 (Seelhorst) - Shower Renovations The project includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for a complete bathroom renovation as outlined in this RFQ document and attached drawing. The scope of work for the renovation of three restrooms at Fire Station 7 includes the following tasks: Replace three shower areas and install cultured marble wall & pan (with integral curb) system. Installation of new mixing valves, shower heads, and drains. Check for leaks (plumbing and roof). Test the performance of the exhaust fan and light fixtures. Replace ceiling light fixtures, wall light fixture in men's restroom and AC diffuser and return. Replace suspended ceiling system. Apply a fresh coat of paint to the walls, door frame, door (stain), ceiling speaker grill and cabinet doors (adjust cabinet doors). Deep cleaning the restroom floors. It is the responsibility of the BIDDER to check for, obtain and to include with their BID RESPONSE any and all ADDENDUMS that are issued for a specific BID issued by the City of Mobile. Failure to obtain and include ADDENDUM(s) in your BID RESPONSE may cause your bid to be rejected. It is the responsibility of the bidder to insure that their bid response is delivered to and received in the at the location or address specifically directed in the specification by the date and time prescribed.
