Scope of Work - The scope of this Contract includes architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, and landscape work for the rehabilitation of 22 existing wellhouses MS1 thru MS11 and MS13 thru MS23, including demolition, abandonment of wells, construction of new wellhouses with new pumps, piping, control panels, instrumentation and controls and landscape improvements.. Location -Water Treatment Plant at 700 W 2 AVE Hialeah FL 33010 (HIA-MS11 and HIA-MS13), 12 Wellhouses located around City of Miami Springs neighborhood and 8 wellhouses in Miami Springs Golf Course at 650 Curtiss Pkwy Miami Springs FL 33166. Estimated Range of the Base Bid - $34,330,783.10 - $41,438,350.90, not including contingency and dedicated allowances. Project Duration: 1,338 Calendar Days to Substantial Completion, 1,458 Calendar Days to Final Completion, plus a 146 Calendar Day Contingency Period Question Deadline 05/06/2025 REQUESTS FOR INFORMTION (RFIs) WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED UP TO CLOSE OF BUSINESS TUESDAY, ANY RFI RECEIVED AFTER THIS DATE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. This contract includes a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Services Set-Aside for any and all sodding and landscaping services required to complete the project scope of work. The Office of Small Business Development will work and coordinate with bidders to complete the utilization plan for the SBE - Services Set-Aside.
