No pre-bid walk through has been scheduled. Any bidder wanting to visit the site, contact Jason Hammon at jhammon@athertonschools.org or (810) 407-4311 to schedule a time. Each bid must be accompanied by: 1) A 5% bid bond or certified check. 2) Bid form. 3) A sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board or the Superintendent of ACS. 4) A sworn and notarized Iran Disclosure Statement. The Board will not accept a bid that does not include these sworn and notarized disclosure statements.
