Bids must contain: a signed Iran Economic Sanctions Act Certication and a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationships between the Bidder and the Superintendent and/or Board of BCSD. Successful bidders are required to furnish 100% labor and material bond and 100% performance bond depending on the dollar amount of the bid. Instructions are in the bidding documents.
