On State Route 4007 From Segment 0010/offset 0022 to Segment 0010/offset 0304 in Elk County. On State Route 4019 From Segment 0052/offset 0000 to Segment 0052/offset 0004 in Clearfield County. For Preservation Type Work to Five Structures Including a Full Bridge Superstructure Replacement, Substructure Repairs, Wing Caps, Latex Overlay, Pier Encapsulation, Flowable Backfill, and Concrete Repairs.
