King Street Stormwater Repair The Authority will receive Bids related to costs necessary for debris removal, video inspection, and trenchless repair of storm drain piping located at the King Street Station, 213 West King Street, York, PA 17404 The organization serves and maintains locations in Adams, Columbia, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Harrisburg City, Montour, Northumberland, Perry, Snyder, Union and York Counties. This solicitation covers only the York County Location. All Bids and contracts are subject to all applicable Commonwealth and Federal laws and to a financial assistance contract between the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation All costs incurred by Bidders in the development of their responses to this IFB are the sole responsibility of the Bidding firms SRTA hereby notifies all Bidding Firms that in regard to any contract entered into pursuant to this IFB advertisement or solicitation, disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE's) will be afforded full opportunity to submit Bids in response and will not be subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex or national origin in consideration for an award.
