Site work for a water / sewer project in York, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work generally consists of routine sanitary sewer line and water line replacements, installation of sanitary sewer and water services, raising of manhole frames for Municipal paving each year and possible emergency repairs to the system. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be evaluated on a unit price basis as indicated in the pricing form. Quantities shown are for bid evaluation purposes only, Quantities are not guaranteed. Maintenance and Emergency Repairs to the Township's Wastewater Collection System and Water Distribution System, as needed . A fee 0.33% of the total work awarded, capped at $6,000, is assessed only to the bidder who is awarded the project. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda and posted on PennBid and emailed to all registered bidders. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
