Renovation of a municipal facility in York, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
A general contractor has been awarded but construction is on hold. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to the Conservation Society of York County in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. The Contract Time for this project is ninety (90) calendar days. This Project is being financed in part by a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Community and Economic Development. The Conservation Society of York County reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids. Question deadline(5:00 PM by Aug 6, 2025) was closed so unable to add the event.
