This solicitation is for maintenance, inspection, and repair services for all York County PennDOT stockpile locations. The purpose of this solicitation is to improve the condition of our facilities by performing preventative maintenance to prolong the building life using the same type or comparable to existing materials. Duration: 1 yr with 4 optional 1yr renewals Contract Period: 07/01/2025 to 06/30/2026 shall be 1 year with four (4) 1-year renewal options. Renewal will be agreed upon by mutual agreement. Renews at original bid rates, rate increase not included. Quantities may be increased following proper approval process due to planned or emergency projects per budget allowances.
