Bid Package 2, Board Room Renovation at Waubonsee Community College All bids must be accompanied by a Cashier's Check or Bid Bond of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Base Bid made payable to Waubonsee Community College. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond for 100%. Contractor's Qualifications Statement must be submitted at time of bid or already be on file with Pepper Construction. This solicitation includes a specific Business Enterprise Program (BEP) participation goal of 30% of the total dollar amount awarded to MBEs and FBES, based on the availability of BEP certified vendors to perform or provide the anticipated services and/or supplies required by this solicitation.
