Description

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Rochester, New York. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

Five (5) Year residential Radon Testing. The vendor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to scope of work and architectural drawings if supplied. Work is to be completed within 30 days of award, unless modified below. This is a NYS Public Works project, and prevailing wages are to be paid. Upon completion of (5-year testing), contractor is to supply Finger Lakes DDSO Plant Superintendent a spreadsheet indicating the testing results from each residence, electronically and hard copy. SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1. Homes shall be tested twice. 2. First test is for no less than 48 hours. 3. The second test is to follow immediately after the first. 4. The final readings are to be averaged between to the two tests. 5. All testing location shall be from the lowest livable point in the home. 6. All results to be provided via a spreadsheet in electronic form as well as bound hardcopy. Contract term: 30 days after completion of project
