Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Monroe, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of May 30, 2025, the project was awarded to lakeside Industries, with an awarded amount of $826,350.25. This Contract provides for street-related improvements at the following primary locations: o Site 1 is 146th Street SE from Fryelands Blvd to 169th Drive SE and 169th Drive SE from 146th Street SE to Tye Street SE. o Site 2 is W Main Street from 177th Avenue SE to 178th Avenue SE. The anticipated work includes placement of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA Cl. 1/2 in. PG 58H-22), asphalt pavement repair, asphalt planing, construction of ADA ramps, pavement markings, utility adjustments, temporary traffic control and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. Pavement markings are at various locations throughout the City of Monroe in support of the 2025 Annual Road Maintenance Project. Bid Proposals received after the deadline stated above will not be opened or considered. Question Deadline 04/21/2025 at 5:00 PM PT
