This project is an addition of Early Childhood Special Education Classrooms to Meadowlark Elementary School. Meadowlark Elementary is the district’s newest elementary school opening in 2024. The scope of the addition is as follows: a 16,300 SF addition for ECSE and/or pre-school aged children will include 8 classrooms with individual student toilet and storage rooms, shared spaces for small group and PT/OT rooms, a small gross motor skills gym and administrative offices. The site work consists of grading and extensions of sidewalks to the addition and a playground for the ESCE students. The anticipated construction budget is $8.2 Million based on preliminary pre-referendum planning. This project is an addition of a Multipurpose Room to West Fargo High School. The scope of the addition is as follows: a 5,000 SF addition for to add a multipurpose room. The multipurpose room will be designed for versatility, allowing it to accommodate large gatherings and adapt to a variety of instructional, co-curricular, and community uses. There are toilet rooms and a storage room to support the multipurpose room. The site work consists of grading, re-routing the west access road and extensions of sidewalks to the addition. The anticipated construction budget is $2.25 Million based on preliminary pre-referendum planning.
