New, unsed valve box lids, bottoms, extensions, resilient gate and tapping valves, butterfly valves, pipe fittings, couplings and miscellaneous items. In order to standardize items/parts, below are acceptable manufactures. The only acceptable manufactures of ductile iron valves are: M&H Valve Co., Clow Valve Co., Kennedy Valve Co., Mueller Co., and American Flow Control. The only acceptable manufacturers of butterfly valves are: M&H Valve Co., Clow Valve Co., Kennedy Valve Co., Mueller Co., and American Flow Control. The City of Yakima reserves the right to reject any & all BIDs. The City hereby notifies all Bidders that it will affirmatively ensure compliance with WA State Law Against Discrimination (RCW chapter 49.60) & the Americans with Disabilities Act (42 USC 12101 et set.)
