The Project contemplated consists of installing structural concrete and 13 inflatable spillway gates at YTID's French Canyon Dam, with buried MDPE compressed air pipelines, compressed air controls instrumentation and equipment, connection to existing compressors, connection and upgrades to existing SCADA system, and grade change for existing county road. The Work will be substantially completed on or before March 6, 2026. Final testing and all remaining work will be completed by March 31, 2026. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish the additional bond(s) and insurance prescribed in the Bidding Documents. In order to submit a Bid on public work, Bidders and their Subcontractors shall hold such licenses and registrations as required by Revised Code of Washington, and federal and local Laws and Regulations. Bidders will be required to comply with State of Washington RCW 39.30.060 relating to identification of Subcontractors.
