Description

Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The existing OHM trailer has deteriorated and no longer meets operational needs. This project will provide a new modular structure with both staff space and storage functionality. The successful vendor will provide a turnkey solution including: - Design, supply, and install of modular steel building on concrete pad - Overall footprint is approx. 53 ft in length, with: o Staff warm-up/change area (approx. 12x16 ft) o Minimum 4 lockers (preferably 6), office space, filing cabinets, fridge, water cooler o Electrical, heating (split-unit), insulation, LED lighting (interior + exterior) o 10 ft bay door, exterior plugs (minimum 4) o Windows and improved ventilation o Print and install exterior OHM/PortsToronto branding, design file to be TPA-supplied o Reuse and relocation of existing TPA-supplied shelving - Coordination of utility tie-in with PortsToronto facilities department - Site access and installation to be scheduled with the OHM Team Completion goal: By September 1, 2025 Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com .
