A. efficient scheduling methods to accommodate maximum stakeholder participation; B. drafting of agendas with minimal NDEP involvement; C. guiding discussions to meet agenda timelines while ensuring appropriate stakeholder input; D. maintaining and distributing meeting minutes; and E. identifying action items and following up on progress for those items. 5.3.3. Vendors shall have experience or develop familiarity with the stakeholders who may be involved in the updating of the Nevada PFAS Action Plan. 5.3.4. Vendor shall have experience or develop familiarity with PFAS and the environmental concerns and technical issues associated with their presence in the environment in order to effectively guide detailed discussions regarding sampling, analysis, and risk assessment/communication during stakeholder meetings.
