Demolition and Clearance of Unsafe Structures The Town of Nauvoo (Hereafter Referred to as "owner") Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities or to Reject Any or All Bids. Each Bidder Must Deposit, With Its Bid, Security in the Amount of, Form of and Subject to the Conditions Provided in the Information for Bidders. No Bidder May Withdraw Its Bid Within Thirty (30) Days After the Actual Date of the Opening Thereof. This Activity is Funded in Whole or in Part With Community Development Block Grant Funds Pursuant to Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as Amended. All Applicable Federal Regulations Shall Be in Full Force and Effect. Attention of Bidders is Particularly Called to the Requirements as to Conditions of Employment to Be Observed, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.o. 11246 Requirements. The Project Includes the Demolition and Removal of a Former Church as Well as the Former Nauvoo Junior High School and Cafeteria Building. The Church is Located at 505 4th Street, Nauvoo, Al 35578. The Nauvoo Junior High School and Cafeteria Building Are Located at 607 4th Avenue, Nauvoo, Al 35578.
