The onsite construction work is not expected to begin until September 15, 2025 and all grading work must be completed no later than February 15, 2026 due to environmental concerns and breeding schedule of certain species related to the location of the work (see Appendix D). The CONTRACTOR to whom the contract is awarded shall be required to possess a Class "A" General Contractor's License, or "C-27" Landscape License at the time the contract is awarded.
